Mr. A. P. Parigi, holds a Masters degree in business administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and he also holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics.

Mr. Parigi's role and responsibilities include spearheading the Times Group's foray into FM radio broadcasting, event management, out-of -home advertising and filmed entertainment. Mr. Parigi lead manages businesses and brands like Radio Mirchi, 360 Degrees and Times OOH Media. Mr. Parigi is also the Managing Director and CEO of Times Infotainment Media Limited, which is also a subsidiary of BCCL.

In the last 3 decades he has held senior positions in various industries, including telecom. Prior to joining the Times Group, Mr. Parigi was the CEO of BPL Mobile, Mumbai. He has been an active member of the Confederation of Indian Industry ("CII") and Federation of Indian Chambers and Commerce Industry ("FICCI").

Karthik is an investment banker and has had a diverse set of experience in the financial services sector. He had applied this experience within the media sector - as Head of Planning and Business Development at Deccan Chronicle and prior to that he was Head of Media Investment Banking practice at SSKI.

He began his career at American Express Bank in Mumbai as a structuring specialist in currency and fixed income capital markets and then moved on to US where he worked at ABN AMRO Investment Banking and a virtual equity exchange – Instinet - a Reuters group company.

Karthik has graduated from IIT, Roorkee and IIM, Bangalore. He is also an alumnus of the Wharton School having completed his MBA in 2001.

Mr. R.S. Narayan is a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary by profession. He has worked in various capacities in Union Carbide, Pepsico India Holdings – including as CFO of the company owned bottling operations and later on as Executive Vice President & CFO in Star, CFO & Head of Exports in Whirlpool and as Head of Finance & Business Development in INX Media before joining the Times Group. He has over 25 years of varied experience across functional and general management areas.

As a professional entrepreneur, Suresh has established India’s first Financial Super Market by launching Artha Money. This is the first step in realizing his vision of Financial Literacy for every Indian. A leader par excellence, Suresh is a strategic and innovative thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to build and motivate large teams. These qualities coupled with an hawk eye on risk and control make him a wholesome leader. His wholesome leadership style brought him accolades in the form of being selected the CEO with HR Orientation by the Asian HRD Congress. More recently, he was conferred with the prestigious Udyog Rattan Award by the Institute of Economic Studies.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, safe money management is in his DNA. He brings with him over 16 years of experience in banking and financial services, over a decade of which was spent with Citibank. Prior to establishing Artha Money, Mr Rangarajan was the President of TimesofMoney and was responsible for setting up the country’s first online money transfer service, Remit2India. Under his leadership, Remit2India was adjudged the world’s best online money transfer portal in 2006, and was also awarded the Savile Row Brand Leadership Award in 2007.

Suresh is widely regarded as an expert in the field of financial services using new age channels. He has addressed numerous conferences across the world, on the subject. Suresh is a Fellow Member from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has completed his Diploma in Business Management and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Madras University.

Suresh is assisted by a Management Team of eight, in the daily running of the company.

Mr. Sivakumar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has been with the BCCL group for over 19 Years and has handled diversified functions such as Finance, M & A, Marketing & Sales and now leads the Times Private Treaties Business.

At the BCCL group he has played a pivotal role in all its new business initiates i.e. Internet, Radio, OOH Ventures etc and is on Board of some of these companies. Sivakumar also works very actively with the Vice Chairman of the group, Mr. Samir Jain in ideating, incubating and implementing ideas for BCCL’s media business.

Sivakumar pursues his hobby of physical exercise and spirituality which he believes are essential for fitness of mind and body. He enjoys his occasional treks to the Himalayas.
